This is the second stay at Ink hotel and it will not be the last.
It is my favorite place to stay at everytime im in dubai.
Great value for money and a very pleasant stay. The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways, from the overall experience to the quality of service.
The staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. A special thank you to Badr, who was particularly kind and helpful and made the experience even better.
Overall, I was very impressed with the hotel and would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended!

Clean room
The basement parking has several critical issues. The entrance is a single-lane driveway, which feels hazardous as only 1 car can go either up or down. The parking zones on both basement levels are extremely congested. Also, cars were parked at awkward T-angles that block the turning radius specially navigating back from basement 2. It was a major struggle to reverse and drive back up.
To make matters worse, the air conditioning was not functioning properly. I personally went to the reception desk to report this but unfortunately no one came to inspect or address the issue.
Also, the dental kit and slippers were missing & had to request to get them. The closet had just one hanger. There was also no hotel directory near the phone, so I had to turn on the TV to get the reception extension & the reception desk is too busy to attend calls.
Very limited TV channels & that too very basic.
