Spacious and clean room.
Nice and friendly staff.
Good location.
Amenities lacking like cup and spoon. They privided kettle but no cup or mug. Toiletries were also not enough like soap. I believed these are basic necessities in a room.

The rooms are clean and staff are accommodating.
The receptionist told me that we only have two deluxe room booked but it was 1 deluxe room and 1 family room (that we booked) and he said they were just accepting what was booking.com provided and I told him that we have the proof of transaction made and I showed it to him then that was the time he went to his boss (I guess) to check the booking. I just don't like how he approached the situation that it looks like it's my fault when I have the proof of transaction however the manager handled it politely and told us to wait for couple of minutes since they need to confirm it to the representative here at booking.com. But it went well after they have confirmed that we are correct. Medyo natagalan lang talaga sa pag-aantay ng confirmation. Pero it all in all after that oks na oks sa hotel! :)

It’s closer to my family’s home
The property has lots of signs of wear and tear. Toilets are dirty and showers are not working properly
