The comfortable bed and room, very good aircon and beautiful ambiance of the room cleanliness.
a bit far from sm . Long walk .Too thin bath towel, no toiletries, atleast small sachet of sugar and salt, hopefully a ready gate pass for swimming pool for that day so we can use the free pool instead we didnt. The person who first communicate with me is a bit rude and lil in patience

Long wait for elevator service.
Shower curtain and bath mat would be nice. Notice few cockcrotches.

i chose the residence because i need to be close to PROJECT 8.
The unit was not fixed and cleaned ahead of time.
I did not see any staff to assist my concerns with the television, the induction cooker.
The unit is with ants and insects.
Unit was not in tower 4 as initially booked but they placed us in tower 2.
They offered to transfer but too late and i have senior citizens with me.
