Location was great, central to everything we needed. Unfortunately the weather was quite inclement meaning the view was not as great as it would have been. Easy driving distance to Kiama, Jervis Bay, Wollongong and Shell Harbour. Overall, our stay was very comfortable.
The stairs are a real challenge, especially for older visitors, with suitcases, but we were advised of this when we booked. We were a bit surprised that in this day and age we may have had to change the gas bottles over if we ran out of hot water- but we didn’t have to, fortunately.

The view was very nice.
We were informed when we picked up the keys that we would not be able to access the promised car park space. When we requested information from the office it was clear that they knew the garage remote was out of order but had not let us know in advance. Very disappointing, especially given the excessive security deposit, multiple emails from the agent requiring responses prior to check in and passive aggressive notices at the property reminding us to respect the neighbors and leave it neat. We are a mature and very quiet couple who did not really appreciate being treated as though we were coming in to trash the place.
