I loved that the property management group messaged me all the information ahead of my check in time, valet parking was amazing and the waiting time was not bad at all and the poll was nice as well.
Nothing major, overall it was a good stay.

Location and accessibility.
No cleaning! We had to clean it ourselves before we checked in. It seemed like it hadn't even been swept! Old and damaged furniture, dirty on top of everything! Dust everywhere. The bathroom was a total embarrassment: yellowed toilet, the bathtub with the so-called jacuzzi was defective and had missing elements, the shower head – rusty! The air conditioning dispersal holes were full of dust and dirt (it's clear that the filters haven't been cleaned in years!). Dust clouds even on the ceiling! The second day of our stay, ants appeared. On the third – kitchen cockroaches (it's true that in 7 days we only killed two! I can't be sure if there were more). In 7 days of our stay, we didn't even have our towels changed and no one came to clean even once (even to ask us if we needed it, even for a fee – nothing!). It is the worst apartment-hotel that has ever happened to us. If it were offered to us again, even with a 90% discount, we would refuse it immediately! We did not have high expectations but it is a TOTAL disappointment!
P.S.: Our accommodation solution was classified as PENTHOUSE.
