Hotel/spot were I stayed was not what I expected and saw in pictures, but I had a great comfortable time.

The Property was at a good location. The view from my room was excellent.

The Pool was out of service, and that is one of the reasons I had booked to stay in this property.

Horrible! Don’t stay here!

Security was very helpful. They have a great security team.

The place is disgusting! The photos are not accurate. I purchased the villa and the furniture was horrible. It had stains, the extra beds are yard chairs with mattresses placed on top, the door is coded and everyone has the code. They don’t change it prior to the next guest. Someone walked in on my family. They said it was maintenance and she was coming to see if we had settled in nicely. However, she did not knock she used the code. The bolt locks were taken out of the door so all you needed was the code to get in. The place smelt like smoke. It was just horrible. The pool was being renovated and they tell you after you purchase. It’s also 1 1/2 baths not two baths! They will not show you the room first if you ask and they don’t care if you are uncomfortable. The entire place needs to be redone versus just the pool. Also, they don’t give you checkout paperwork. I saw the place and left within an hour and they refuse to refund me or give me a checkout sheet and the gentleman told me to do what I got to do. I ended up booking somewhere else. Trust me don’t waste your money! Especially if you have kids! Don’t stay here.

Pictures make it look far better than it is. Bedrooms haven’t been renovated since the 70’s. Bathroom was disgusting

Amazing

Property have a great location in the middle of everything friendly staff all over great this is our fifth time

Well, I don’t like valet parking, but it is convenient when you rent a car I would like to know where the car is at all time but that is really minor problem

Facility was not worth the price!

The location was decent, close to the beach. The picture and description showed that there was a pool however after booking we found out there was no pool.

There was air conditioner noise coming from the basement all night long. To top that off there was a fan literally outside our door running all night and the noise from that was also disturbing our sleep all night on Tuesday. Next day my husband went to complain where we checked in from and he was told to go to their office which was a flight down. He went there and the offices were closed. That evening there was no fan however the air conditioning in the corridor to the Airbnb was on full blast. It felt like we were in the freezer the min you stepped out of the apartment. No pool was another bummer because my grandson was looking forward to swimming. The pool is under construction.

Awesome, modern suite on the beach at a great price.

The suite was large. 16 or 20 foot ceilings. in suite laundry. Kitchen was good. Open concept. modern. Walk out to the back on the beach. Does not get much better.

This suite is awesome but clearly a little neglected over time. We had to call and get the bed fixed which they did but it took a couple of days for a good nights sleep. All the closets are missing the knobs on the doors to open them. We did not even know we had a walk in closet until the third day when I jiggled it open. They could charge more if they just took the time to put less than 1000 into the property and fix up all the little things. downstairs tap seems a bout to fall off. downstair light is broken. light on microwave does not work. All little things add up. The bedroom Tv should either be moved over the dresser or have a swivel on it.

Unit Bay 5 was not in a condition to rent. Table and chairs are not safe.

Location

Condition of the condo was terrible. I think they got the furniture out of a trash can. Kitchen table pieced together. We had to buy pillows at Walmart. Several lights didn’t work. Tv way to small for the condo it was only 32”. Never mentioned on the booking the entire pool area was closed for reconstruction as well as the gym. Beach chairs and umbrella in the condo were all broke. No vacuum for a beach condo is ridiculous.

Terrible experience - avoid at all costs

The beach was OK.

Property appears dated and in need of repairs. Pool was closed. Parking is a chaotic valet service that sometimes cannot find vehicles. My car was damaged by them and had me visit them for days for a runaround sprinkled with condescendence and poor manners- still waiting on their video review. Front desk is staffed by a security officer with terrible attitude and unable to answer any questions. Not all elevators work and waits can be long. Hallways carry a strong cannabis smoke stench. Amenities are lacking. Not particularly family friendly.

The pool was nice. I enjoyed easy access to the beach and the location was amazing.

It was not clean at all. The bathroom was dirty and there was old food in the refrigerator.

Terrible

Good location

Bay 5 was dirty, hairs on the towels and around the bath. The door to the room did not close well, security chain was loose. Main door was held shut by a nail in the corner of the door. TV did not work, windows did not lock shut. Fire alarm half off the ceiling. checked in and back out within 2 hours. Do not book here, no support. Only contact for help is through booking . com messenger. Kept our $200 even though room was below basic standard and we only stayed 2 hours. Tried to escalate a change of room but reception do not help and main office closed. Wish we would have checked trip advisor first before booking, people have been broken into when in these rooms and had belongings stolen when they have been in and out of the room. Suit 1119 Dangerous and neglected water leak!!!

Just the location

The A/C got a water leak over the floor between the kitchen/bathroom and my partner fell out at night. He's a diabetic person and this injury is a huge deal for us. So be careful because the apartment 1119 is Dangerous and is in a neglected situation.

Our room was infested with roaches. The place was ousted and dirty. When I told the front desk about our roach problem they said it wasn't on them that I needed to contact booking.com. ??? That makes no sense. Our issue was never resolved by anyone. I would never stay here again and will make sure to let everyone I know to never stay here. Horrible experience.

A truly exceptional stay for a very reasonable price.

I always notice when a business provides exceptional service, and Girasole Suites is truly one of those. I can't imagine how it is possible for such a large property that employs a really large number of people, to be able to have absolutely everyone be pleasant and helpful, every single time. Amazing!

they send me the room information we walk into our room and someone was there . they change my room without telling me and call back to complain no apology from their side . what a disappointment.never coming back.

Our stay was fair but poorly managed.

The loction was good. I never had breakfast there. The villa was spacious and calm.

1. The checking in the front deask took us a while because the staff was talking to friends without paying attention to customers 2. No one spoke English in the stores of the hotel 3. The pictures of the Villa when booking show Laundry machines inside of the Villa but we couldn't use them (this is a scam: We really chose this Villa because we wanted the laundry inside) 4. The pool for 3 days was packed and there was no space to get a lounge chair or swim in it. It wasn't even clean 5. The kitchen wasn't enough equipped with kitchen ware to be able to cook. I had to go buy cooking pans. 6. Pour property management, we were not provided with Umbrella and chairs until we complained multiple times and at the end, we were provided with really dirty and full of sand chair and umbrella 7. The cleaning crew blocked the Hallway before 10 am the morning we had to leave with their cleaning carts and we couldn't get by with our suitcases.

Run! Would only recommend to someone I DON'T like

Location ONLY!

They do not fully clean units between each new guest. Place is falling apart and pictures are not showing exactly what you are getting.Checking into my room was like checking into a crack house. Room was just nasty and not cleaned. Blinds broken, sheets full of hair, tub drain falling out, floors nasty, walls gross, beds listed as queens but were full size, refrigerator was dirty, bag of rotten food was in the microwave from last guest, mirror was on the floor not the wall, bed was broken and mattress so worn you could see dip in it with blanket on it and attitude from house keeping. I have filed a complaint with the DBPR, BBB and reached out to local news stations. I will update once I speak with reporters and receive an update from the DBPR.
