I really liked how Talie and Eitan answered all my questions and helped me with the check in and check out process.
No ice machines are available throughout the property. This would be a very welcome ammenity.
Free parking is an excellent selling tool since many Miami Beach properties charge 75 to 100 dollars a night for parking.
Having to wait 20 to 30 minutes almost everytime to return or leave the property using your valet service was no joy.
Very nice valet staff but when the property is busy, it is not so great.
Also, the beach umbrella and chairs was a very nice touch.
Water pressure and température were fine.
I stayed at this property several years ago. I like the changes.

- the facilities of the apartment block and their availability
- the mini-kitchen within our apartment was very useful
- the availability of the hosts
not something we disliked, however a suggestion that we have is for MiaRentals to make it more known to customers about the miami trolley system - we used it pretty much every day and found it very useful but we weren’t told about it beforehand
