Loved the space of the apartment and location, location, staff were excellent !!
Great ocean side view. Rates were reasonable for the quality of the stayđź‘Ť
Just need more comfortable sitting in living space (chairs) and coffee maker , we only had espresso machine which we didn’t use.
Also linens would not stay in place not deep enough . Need upgrade to a more plush mattress would be niceđź‘Ť

Position is amazing, one of the best spots in Miami Beach and a wonderful ocean view.
Lots of amenities (beach access, pools, fitness studio, playroom).
Devices are old for this type of apartment, some of them would need a renovation. Fridge was noisy during the night and the conditioning system was also noisy. I used the sofa to sleep in the night and it was uncomfortable.

It was beautiful. I loved how clean the apartment was and everything you need is in the room. The pool was very clean and the perfect temperature. A lot of good places to eat are just a couple minutes walk and a grocery store to get some things. But hands down the best thing is the VIEW! I would be back in a heartbeat just for that view alone.
My biggest complaint is staff. They were helpful and answered any questions we had, but they were a bit rude. I felt like I was inconveniencing them whenever I had a question. They were just very short and one of the workers almost ran us down by the elevators with a luggage cart. Also the shower was very unsafe. It’s very slick and there’s no safety rail.
