The location was very good, the room was well equipped, Seastay personnel were helpful and responsive.
The room had some smell, most electric outlets need to be replaced, wish the refrigerator was a bit bigger. The reception employees lack good customer service training. The worst part was the closing area of the pool by 7:30 pm and calling everybody to clear the area!

I love the location, I love the private beach, I love the site amenities like the restaurant serving you food and drinks right on the beach. Great food and drinks by the way.
Apparently, the battery in our door lock had died. When we came back to our room at approximately 8 o’clock at night, we could not get in. I went to the front desk. He told me this is what happened. He told me you would try to get maintenance. It took over three hours and several times of going back for someone to come change the battery. For over three hours, we stood outside. Then the same Desk person that helped who wore a name tag this at night auditor with no other name, said I’m sorry sometimes these people don’t speak English. Extremely offensive.

it was a nice room, near the beach
i really didn't like the mandatory valet parking. it was annoying to check in. you have to go to the front desk start checking in, they give you a parking pass that you then take back outside to the valet to get validated. after that they park your car and you go back inside to give the front desk the validated parking pass. they give you your room number and code (which i feel wasn't really secure because if you stay there you'll realize what the code is. if someone has this info they can figure out your code). now about the valet parking, if your trying to leave in a hurry, forget it because there might be a line of people waiting for their cars ahead of you. I know you don't have to but the parking attendants expect a to tip well. so am i supposed to tip them every time I want to go out?
Another thing i didn't like was the elevator situation. they have a bunch of elevators but i feel like they only had 2 in use. you press the button and wait and wait and hopefully when one opens it isn't full of people already which isn't good when you have a cart full of luggage your trying to get to your room. several times i got tired of playing the waiting game and just took the stairs up to and down from the 5th floor.
one last thing that i wasn't find of was that the rooms are owned by different company's. if you have a problem and go to the front desk you they can't help you. you have to call whoever is the owner of the room. I left messages and called but i couldn't get thru to anyone until the next day when i went to the office of my room owner. not very convenient.
