Situated in Marco Island, this charming house for $685 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. The relaxation and fun is endless in this 2,800 square foot, two-story, four-bedroom waterfront home. It sleeps ten, with one king bed, one queen, two fulls, two twins, one sleeper sofa and 3.5 bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage. The lanai is fit to be a living room all on its own, with its own comfy furniture and television. There’s even an outside couch so that you and your family can gather. As night falls, you’re able to relax in the pool and hot tub, while listening to the water lap against the seawall with your favorite beverage in hand. The heated pool overlooks the glassy smooth canal that reflects the bright sun and tropical palm trees. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and very well set-up for a family of five adults. The outdoor area was very nice, we spent a lot of time by the pool. The living room was very comfortable and great for watching football! Bedrooms were great. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would stay again!

We had 2 grandparents with 4 parents and 4 children staying at River Court for a wonderful 10 days. The house was so beautiful and well equipped. We used the pool daily and hung out in the outside seating area all day. We loved the swing chairs at the front of the house to relax on at the end of the day watching the sun set.The garage equipment with kayaks, bikes and beach things were very well received and we had so much fun exploring Marco Island. The bedrooms have enormous wardrobes with plenty of space, the kitchen has everything you need to cook, bake and bbq.Marco Island Vacation Rentals were on hand for all our needs and any issues we discovered were quickly remedied.The house needs a little updating, some things have already been done whilst others look a little tired but overall it is a fabulous house.

Just beautiful inside and out and the outdoor lanai with the hot tub and pool were a hit for family fun! The location is the best with Winn Dixie to buy groceries and so many great restaurants, about 6 blocks to beach. Beds were comfy too. Definitely a vacation to remember!

The layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms worked perfectly for our family! We enjoyed the pool and deck space every day! Also enjoyed using the kayaks. Loved being able to use the beach wagon and bikes too.

Home is very warm and welcoming. Spent a week with our entire family here and enjoyed grilling, swimming, kayaking and exploring. Several games are available as well. This home is close to shopping, beaches and restaurants so it is very convenient as well.

Had a great time. The grandsons really enjoyed the hot tub! The house was beautiful and had plenty of room for 11 people!! Just a couple of safety concerns. No rail to get in the pool and the shower in the primary bathroom was quite slippery and so was the tile around the pool when it was wet! Other than those couple of safety concerns it was overall a great time enjoyed by all!

Our overall experience was much more than I expected. The house was amazing with all the amenities. The only thing that didn’t work was the ice maker on the refrigerator. I did call to report snd they were supposed to send someone to check it.
The beach was gorgeous. I hoped there would have been more parking available and we didn’t have to spend 10 dollars a day for parking. Overall we all had a super time and I round have to say it was one of my most favorite vacations ever. Thanks for a wonderful experience. Marco reality is great to work with.

We loved our time at this house!!!! Everything you could ask for and more!! First off, the house is beautiful. Both the bethrooms and bathrooms are incredibly spacious. The kitchen is stocked with anything you might need! They have a game room, toys for the kids, and the pool area is just wonderful. Pool, grill, jacuzzi, all amenities you could ask for, all in all amazing. Is also really close to the beach. We cannot wait to go back next year!!

Absolutely Incredible Home!!
Absolutely the best vacation home we've stayed at. One of the few modern homes on Marco Island this property was equipped with every amenity you can think of. The kids were constantly entertained, from Bikes to Air Hockey, Board Games, Dominoes, Kayaks and not to mention the pool. With a large flat screen in every room including the back patio everyone was able to watch what they wanted or connect their game devices with no fights. The outdoor BBQ came equipped with a sink so there was no need to go in and out to cook. The house was very nicely put together and Andrew our host from Marco Vacation Properties has been incredible to work with. We have already booked our vacation for next year at this home. Absolutely Loved it!!

July 2021 Stay
AMAZING! Beautiful modern house with literally everything a family needs to enjoy a beach vacay. The kids had so much fun in the game room and we all had a blast riding the family bike. The pool was great with plenty of seating for everyone. The grill space was perfect and very convenient! The rooms where breathtaking, with hotel quality furniture. This house is just beautiful. We all loved it. We can’t wait to go back next summer!

We stayed at this home before and we were excited to visit it again because we had such a good time. What we did not expect was to have more ameneties. There is a custom built outdoor kitchen with a TV which was not here before and it was great to grill and watch the NBA Playoffs. There is now a full boat deck with a floating deck to allow you to use the Kayaks! YES KAYAKS!!! The garage now has a full size air hockey table along with two fans in case you are here during peak heat. They really did think of everything. There was a sign that said they are remodeling the kitchen which blew us away because the kitchen is absolutely gorgeous. We are already looking at dates for next year and see they are filling up quickly. Not only will we be back to Marco Island, but we are coming back to this home!

Beautiful home with an amazing swimming pool and jacuzzi. Awesome space with a variety of entertainment. Very clean and modern. Great location with lots restaurants, shops and water view. Overall a great family vacation spot. Host was very attentive and friendly. We’ll be back soon!

Beautiful house! We stayed at 445 River Court for Christmas. All positive except it took the hot tub forever to warm up, the drawers in the kitchen would not stay shut. House is very well kept. Kayaks for personal use, chairs and beach toys! The walk to the beach was LONG! And driving there was a pain because there is no parking. Access to restaurants and grocery stores is 5 star!! Overall a great vacation and we would rent this house again!!

I have been to many Vacation homes on Marco, but this one is the best by far. Not only is this home very spacious, but is one of the few modern homes on Marco that accommodates a large group. The home had every amenity you can think of. From bikes, to kayaks, game room, air hockey, flat screens in every room, surrey bike that sits four people, and lets not forget the heated pool. The home even came with a custom built outdoor kitchen that also has a TV so I never missed a moment of the NBA Championship game. They were building a dock while I was there which means more amenities on the way. We have already booked our trip for next year as this was an incredible experience. Andrew from Marco Island Vacation properties was also great to work with. We were there for 4th of July weekend and he still made himself available for anything we needed.

Spring Break 2021
Nice house, but wasn't able to check in on time as the house wasn't cleaned yet when we arrived. We we did get into the house, the cleanliness of the house was pretty bad and we had to go through and clean the house ourselves. Also, the hot tub did not work for the week we were there. The house itself was what we expected and the location was great.
