The Space:
This loft offers a warm and well-organized space, ideal for a city getaway. The kitchenette includes everything you need to prepare simple meals: a two-burner electric cooktop, microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker.
A dining table is also available for meals or for working when needed. Everything has been designed to provide a practical and comfortable stay in the heart of Quebec City.
Guest Access:
You have full access to the entire studio, as well as the shared laundry room.
The Neighborhood:
The accommodation is located in one of Quebec City’s liveliest areas, surrounded by cafés, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and shops, all just a few steps away. You can easily reach many popular attractions, events, and cultural sites on foot.
Old Quebec is also about a 15-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the city at your own pace and enjoy its vibrant urban atmosphere.
Getting Around:
Everything can be done on foot from the accommodation: restaurants, cafés, shops, services, and several tourist attractions are all nearby. Public transportation (RTC) also serves the area very well, making it easy to reach different neighborhoods. Gare du Palais is also close by.
**Parking:**
* Paid street parking is available directly on Saint-Joseph Street.
* Free parking is available on nearby streets depending on the time of day or for up to 60 minutes. Always check the posted signs.
* A paid parking lot (Indigo Nouveau St-Roch) is about a 3-minute walk away.
Other Things to Note:
* Air conditioning is available only during the summer. It is a portable unit installed in the window, which occupies the window opening while it is in use.
* The accommodation is located on a lively street, so you can expect a vibrant urban atmosphere.
The property is located on the second floor of the building and is not accessible by elevator. You will therefore need to climb one flight of stairs.

A short walk to old Quebec as advertised. Some nice shops and diners. Parking garage was close. There were a lot of homeless folks in this part of town.

Spacious, convenient and decently equipped. The apartment is literally two minutes walk from a good supermarket and surrounded by high quality food options. I got there easily from the airport on the 80 bus with a short walk and left by a 10 minute walk to via rail. You can get into the old town with a 10 minute stroll and I got the 800 bus to Montmorency from 2 min away. It's really an excellent base location.The area is ever so slightly gritty, QC in the old town is very sanitized and touristy, this property is just on the edge of that area and is a little more artsy/hipster/studenty/real. I did not feel unsafe at any point at all though. The entranceway to the property is a bit rough round the edges but the apartments are clean, comfortable and well managed. The host was very responsive and helpful. The kitchen is decently equipped with pans, olive oil, salt pepper, double hob, microwave and fridge (note no oven, this is in the listing though). The studio is spacious and has everything you need.I will say the area is quiet but the building is not. The walls are thin and you can hear every move of your neighbour. If you are a light or late sleeper earplugs might be a good idea. Also note the laundry is not in the unit but shared.

We stayed for 3 nights. The location was good for walking to old town (20 minutes) and there were a number of good restaurants nearby.
The host was very good with communication and answering questions.
Our check in was delayed as the room was not ready.
We parked at the Indigo lot not too far as street parking was limited and confusing
There are a lot of homeless people on St. Joseph as the nearby church acts as a homeless shelter, but it did not make us feel unsafe.

Price is excellent, location is excellent, but the cigarette and menthol smell was something.
