The apartment was very comfortable, nice, and perfect location for Old Quebec or motorway, 10 minutes from Montmorency.
Swimming pool on the rooftop, with BBQ very appreciated.

Centrally located in the Quartiere St Roch, the apartment is spacious and well appointed. In addition to a full kitchen, there is a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom which is great for travellers who are on the move. Access to the Old Town is via 115 steps and takes about 20 mins walk to the St Louis gate adjacent to the Plains of Abraham and entrance to the Old City.
There are restaurants nearby including the excellent Hono Izakaya and it is 600m to Gare Central for train access to VIA Rail.
This is very hands off property management by an external agency with whom all correspondence is online. There is a very long document that is accessed electronically that is a bit overwhelming. Getting into the building requires a door entry code, then a room code and at the end of a long travel day that can be a bit daunting

1週間 滞在し 到着時にカーテンのコントロールバーが落下して壊れている事
リビングライプが点灯しない事を点検 修理を申入れしました。
回答はスケジュールを調整しますだったが
滞在中に何もケアされず驚きました
1度 トレースしたが回答無し
