Great communication and comfort

Great location, not far to walk down into Vieux-Québec. Great communication from hosts and clean room, great shower.

As it is an old building, the walls/ceiling are not very soundproof and the floors are a bit creaky so sorry to the people below us.

Ok for one night

- location was fine in front of the library and close to really nice restaurants - bedding was good - kitchen seems well equipped

- the place was basic and wasn't really decorated - the fan is super loud and you can't sleep with it - not sound proof (could hear people in the corridor clearly and upstairs neighbour) - not cheap

Comfortable and relaxing stay right in the heart of Quebec City.

We liked the central location of Initial. Short walk to restaurants and other locations downtown and a fairly short walk to the old historic town of Quebec. Initial is located right across the street from the new public library, which is beautiful inside and out!

The street was a bit noisy, especially on Friday morning when the street cleaning truck came by 4 times! Also loud with people partying and being obnoxious until all hours of the morning.

Logement bien organisé avec deux grands lits. Propre et bien équipé Bon emplacement avec immeuble protégé par 3 portes d’entrée avec codes, quelques personnes traînant dans les rues de ce quartier. 20 minutes à pied du vieux Québec.

Rien, si ce n’est que cela n’a pas été possible de trouver des parkings non payant, mais comme partout près du centre je suppose. Et nous avons pu nous garer dans la rue à côté et aussi dans un parking payant à 100 mètres
