Der Kontakt mit dem Verwalter war gut.
Schönes Haus, mit schönem Garten und Pool. Wir haben allerdings eher die Heizung genutzt, das hat gut funktioniert. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet.
Wir fanden das Haus nicht auf Anhieb, man brauchte eine gute Beschreibung. Die Spülmaschine war defekt, was an sich nicht so schlimm war, aber es fehlten Geschirrhandtücher und Badetücher.

Wir verlebten eine schöne Zeit.
Das Grundstück war gepflegt und mit vielen Pflanzen versehen. Das Haus war stilvoll mit alten Möbeln eingerichtet, hatte aber auch eine moderne Küchenausstattung.
Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

In conclusion we would say it has potential, but to warrant the price a lot needs to be improved.
On thé plus side Las Palmas is a 15 min taxi ride or a bus ride from the end of the road. Las Palmas is where we spent a lot of evenings, it is an interesting city with many good restaurants.
The noisy road could be heard when sitting on the patio or garden. Unfortunately the property itself did not come up to our expectations. Our first impression was of the damp smell. The furnishings were antiquated, which would have been fine, but every drawer and cupboard opened smelt musty and damp. These included the kitchen and bedrooms where we had to put our clothes. Maybe the property hadn’t been used for a while? But the smell was with us for two weeks. It had not been cleaned v well and we cleaned the windows so as to take advantage of the view. Not the best way to start a holiday though. The bed linen was cheap and pillows the worst. The property was advertised to accommodate 8 people. The kettle and coffee machine were not full sized, just enough for two. It was cleaned after the first week, but the bed linen was not changed. Fortunately we found clean sheets so we did it ourselves. We didn’t use the pool, sauna or hot tub.

Great location to explore the Gran Canaria! Superb garden. Spacy house with everything you need. Very comfortable and safe stay. Perfect communication with the host.
