Very good location. Apartment was spacious and quiet.
The stove in the kitchen did not work properly, it did not heat enough to even boil water. So we were unable to cook apart from ready made meals in the microwave or oven.
Placing the fridge behind a door was strange.
Toilet seat cover kept falling off its place

Conveniently located in the centre of Nottingham. The appartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Communication regarding access was clear and timely. We needed to contact the host quite late on our first evening to ask about the hot water system and received an immediate and helpful response.
The location and entrance lobby are somewhat shabby. Noise from the adjacent beer garden can be heard until past 11pm unless the windows are kept shut. The 3rd floor apartment was difficult to keep cool although when we stayed the weather was unusually hot.

Very convenient and great location.
Booking through booking.com is a nightmare as the auto emails dont come through properly. So you have to call the property to get the access codes. Which is fine as they are responsive, but still - booking.com lets the side down here as they block auto-messages for self service aparthotels.
There is no aircon. They provide a fan which is unhealthy as gives you a cold/sore throat blowing on you all night. There should be aircon.
