Other Things to Note: *The 3% credit card processing fee for VRBO booking payments can not be refunded in case of cancellations. * No additional taxes or resort fees * Signature will place a temporary hold on your card for $100-$300 at check in for incidentals. It will be released back to you after check out. * The cleaning company cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. However, you can leave your luggage at the front desk either before or after your stay. * Cleanings before check-in and after check-out are covered by the cleaning fee. Daily housekeeping is not included, but is available on demand for a price. * The entire building is strictly smoke-free including any balconies. * We have a Nevada State Business License and pay all applicable fees and taxes. * You or someone in your party must be 21 years or older to rent this property Interaction with Guests: The check-in and check-out is similar to a hotel. The front desk is available 24/7 for any maintenance emergencies. Pretty much any other issue should be addressed by sending a message to the host. The front desk will require a credit or debit card at check-in, but it's only for incidentals (spa packages, restaurant, bar, room service) or damage to the property. If you use a debit card for incidentals, the front desk will place a $100-$300 hold on the card during your stay. This will be released after you check out. At least one person in your group must be 21 years of age or older in order to reserve the room. You will not be given a room key by the Signature staff if you don't have someone who is at least 21 years of age on the reservation. Please let us know if you have questions or concerns.

This condo has a great view of the strip from its balcony. But you are just far enough off the strip (about 2 blocks) to not hear any excessive noise. Perfect combo. Very clean room. Comfortable bed. The kitchenette is great. Owners are extremely receptive, quick respondents, attentive and helpful to your needs.

The condo was spacious and had great view. We reached out to owners regarding a couple of items and they were very responsive. Valet and checking was welcoming on arrival and during check out. Good selection of restaurants in connected MGM Grand. Enjoyed outdoor pool and patio. Thanks for having us!

The room itself was fantastic. A great size, jacuzzi bath, super comfy queen bed and WHAT A VIEW! Check in had to be in tower 2 rather than 3, as the desk at 3 is not always staffed, but apart from the walk back and forth between the towers, everything was superb.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo so much! We were visiting for the P!nk concert this time, as we often stay or at least pass through Vegas. This place is the perfect location! The Signature is the non-gaming towers near MGM, so all the convenience of MGM Grand with a quieter, nicer experience. We really enjoyed lounging by the MGM Grand lazy river in this trip, but have loved the quiet Signature pools in the past too. Walking to the strip is easy and the valet parking so convenient if you drove. We flew in this time and used Uber to get around. There was always a driver just a few minutes away. Communication with this host was top-notch and everything was exactly as described. We would absolutely stay here again!

Everything associated with my stay went smoothly - the accommodations were clean and as advertised. The view was particularly good - the balcony had a great view of the Sphere - I could also see several of the other resort properties on the strip (Cosmo, Planet Hollywood, NY NY). I expect it will also be great for watching F1. Matt's communication was friendly and proactive - instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and timely. I would definitely stay again - thank you!

The unit was considered a PH, due to the floor level. Tower 3 valet was always closed, so parking in the Tower 2 was only option. The unit itself was very nice. The staff management were very quick to respond to questions.

The room was not terrible, but the listing left out a few important details. There was clearly broken electrical outlets in the bathroom that should have been fixed prior to any guests stay. The reason why this review is getting a thumbs down is because of the disgusting black mold in the doorway. There was a ton of black mold that should have been noticed a long long time ago, considering this room gets cleaned often. This black mold is literally a building code violation and can be very unhealthy to breath in. Also, the 4pm check in is doable but late compared to other hotels.

This condo is really nice. When in Vegas we always use VRBO and book a condo at MGM Signature. This condo is just as listed; great views, clean, everything in good condition. The owner reached out to us several times to make sure everything was ok. It’s in Tower 3, which is our favorite Tower because it’s close to the action but a little quieter than the other 2 towers. We love being able to use the MGM pool and also having our own private condo to stay in. From Tower 3 it’s a short walk to the strip and all the action. Highly recommend booking this condo, you won’t be disappointed!

Booked the condo for a quick work/play trip. Wife and and I enjoyed the views from the Balcony. Quick easy walk to the MGM Pools and Casino. Would stay there again, close to the Action but quiet when you just wanted to step away from it all.

The room and facility are great, and the location is very convenient. However, currently Las Vegas is having a massive road construction wave where virtually every road has lane closures, including Koval and Harmon. It took me 55 minutes to drive from Venetian to the Signature. I could have walked it faster. The pool next to tower 3 is closed (for some unknown reason), and the pool at tower 2 is only open on weekends, so be prepared to hike to either the tower 1 pool or the MGM pool complex. Valet parking was very fast and efficient (aside from closing by 10pm at tower 3, but you can leave or pickup your car at tower 2). Overall, a really nice stay.

We loved our stay! The only downside was valet parking. It was a bit of a clown show trying to get out of there. It was about a 45 minute wait for our car. It appeared as though they weren’t equipped to deal with everyone checking out around 11 and getting all the cars. Overall great experience though.

Loved our stay in this quiet property a little off the strip. Spacious room and bathroom. Great view! We were able to walk down Harmon street to a nice Target in about 15 minutes. The room had a coffee maker, I did need to buy coffee and filters. We would stay there again.

The room had a great view and awesome balcony. The check in process was a little ridiculous. We were told that there would be valet. When we checked into the hotel, the valet was full, and the guy at the front desk expected us to self park at the MGM and walk a mile with all of our luggage. We had a lot of stuff, so we had to park illegally in front of tower 3, and my husband had to make 3 trips up to the room with all of our things while I waited by the car. We then had to park a mile away from our room. Not a huge deal but a little annoying. Also the jetted tub that was in our room fills with chlorinated pool water, and the ice machine on our floor was broken (and we could not go to another floor for ice as our key only worked for our floor).
