The Good:The service is absolutely excellent—the staff are attentive and welcoming. The price is also very low and affordable.Areas for Improvement:The breakfast buffet selection was a bit below expectations and more limited than a couple of years ago, catering mostly to GCC/Middle Eastern tastes. To improve, the buffet needs more variety in cold cuts and cheeses, a proper coffee espresso machine, and clear titles/labels on all items.The layout could also be optimized: place butter/jam next to the bread, offer modern egg frying styles, and provide olive oil and pepper grinders on the line. Slicing tomatoes and cucumbers thinner would reduce waste, and the labneh should be kept plain with toppings (like sesame seeds) on the side. Fresh fruit salad and oatmeal would also be great additions. I highly recommend raising the price slightly to fund these improvements.
the restaurant chairs are oversized, take up too much space, and are placed too close together. They feel more suited for a lounge than a restaurant dining room.All in all, it was a good stay, but a few updates to the dining experience would make it great!
