My stay at Crowne Plaza Amman was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel offers outstanding hospitality, excellent service, comfortable and spotless rooms, and a wonderful breakfast with a great variety of high-quality options. I would especially like to extend my sincere appreciation to the Hotel Manager, Mr. Hani Al Dabbas, for his warm welcome, personal attention, and genuine commitment to ensuring guests have a memorable experience. They tried to help but was useledd. Cleaner was v good with us.
Price was doubled when we arrived. Slow Service and not genuine hotel.
