We stayed in two rooms. First room was clean but had a lukewarm shower. Second room had a hot shower, but room was filthy. Numerous stains on walls and hair that wasn't ours everywhere. Beds comfortable.
Cleanliness. Would have also loved to see an ATM in the lobby - that would be helpful. Breakfast options weren't great. Not much selection.

They gave me a room next to a roof for the first floor with air conditioning units in the second floor 213. The hotel was not full and I was supposed to get an upgraded room for loyalty but I got the worst room in the hotel.
There was hair on the bed sheet
