What a lovely, cosy apartment and terrific location! I wanted to make sure we could drive up to unload luggage, have an elevator, air conditioning, a walk-in shower and kingsize bed. This met all these criteria and so much more! Plenty of storage and hanging spaces.
We arrived well after midnight (24 hours of travel) and our very tired brains and bodies missed one tiny bit of important information (which apartment it was! ) that had been sent to us, so it took a while to get into the apartment. And once in it, loved the view down to the street with the lights, saw the bakery across the street (Fabrica de Nata) where I’d planned on getting our first Pasteis de Natas, and a Metro station entrance just below.
The bed was very comfortable, supportive and we slept well. Although the street below was very busy during the day, the sound-proofing and closed windows easily kept the noise out. The tall windows let in lovely natural light.
There’s a rooftop bar in the hotel across the street (Rossio Gastro Pub) with lovely views, an array of restaurants with very reasonable prices just a block over and shops down below. We could easily walk down to the water and the big square. My husband walked up the hill to Alfama and some of the other hilly places that were too steep for me.
We very much enjoyed doing a Tuk Tuk tour around the city with Antonio (through Boost) and had the absolutely best Chicken Curry at Churrasco Restaurant on the street behind our main street. The Grand Cafe of Lisboa across the street also has great Portuguese tarts as well as a nice selection for cooked breakfast or take away items - the quiche is delicious!! Gorgeous inside!
Just know that there is no signage for the apartment building, but a very clear “13” with an ornate wrought iron designed doorway. There was never a problem getting an Uber to find us.
Highly recommend this lovely place! And we loved Lisbon!!

We had a great stay! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and within easy reach of everything. The apartment was very clean, cozy, and comfortable, and we felt completely safe throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend it!

Amazing location. Extremely convenient to downtown. The AC was great considering we were in the middle of a heatwave. Very modern, washer and dryer works very well
The bedrooms and living room were quite small. The air conditioning while very effective was not intuitive, ain't difficult to set. The code for the front door is apparently changed every month, and when we arrived on the 2nd the code that had been provided to us did not work. There was a doorman to let us in, but if it had been after hours it would have been difficult for us to get in at all
