It was comfortable and quiet. They allowed me to check in early so I could leave my bag and do some touristy running around unencumbered. They didn't ask for a key deposit. Breakfast in the morning was lovely.
After staying in hostels, I was looking forward to this really comfy bed. Threw back the sheets to find stains. I probably should have alerted staff, but too tired. Just placed a towel over it and went to sleep. I've delt with worse. Im sure there is a plausible explanation.

the location was perfect, just slightly away from the busies parts, but walking distance to everything we needed, about 10 mins walk to the beach! perfect for a couple trying to relax in the day, but go out for dinner and drinks at night!
the only thing we didn’t live was the bathroom was a little dated, meaning some of the amenities like the shower and sink were a little rusty, but it was very clean!!

Great location. 10 minute walk from the beach and easy enough to get there from airport. Also only a 20 minute drive from the main pier where most of the tours start. Room was great. Television and beds were extremely comfy. Staff were extremely friendly and room cleaning was exceptional.
No balcony but not a necessity. Also no hotel bar for food/drinks but there are lots of shops around so this wasnt a huge issue.

great location, central yet quiet
room could use some upkeep. was clean but there were a few cob webs in high spots and the floor in room 410 could use some repair.
A buffet style breakfast or more options would be great- the exact same thing every morning.
