Location is great, view from the room was nice, good value
The bathroom design is weird , the Sink is outside facing the bed , u cant even brushes your teeth without disturbing your partner

The staff was really helpful and attended to our needs promptly. The person who is at the front of the reception ( I didn't quiet catch his name) spoke and understood English clearly. He was also a wonderful person who helped us out a bunch. The rooms were neat and we had no problem for the three days we stayed at the hotel. The buffet was also really tasty and had a good spread of international flavours.

Very good location in Ao Nang, still central and close to everything but away from the busy street. Room was spacious. The view of the cliff from the hotel and the room was beautiful. Staff were friendly and willing to help. It’s a great place to stay in Ao Nang if you are seeking a good location and a place to sleep.
Turn down service and room make up service could use some work. We once came back to our room but the bath mat was gone and not replaced, and we could feel that the room was still dirty. We noticed this a lot because we’ve had many beach days and our room stayed sandy. The room lacks shelving space so we didn’t have a place to lay down our clothes and belongings.
The room (or the door) could also use better sound proofing— it looks as though our room door didn’t even fit the frame. We could hear noises from the hallway, both at night and in the morning. So rest was also tough.
