Beautiful accommodation with gorgeous views of the mountains. Clean, homely, family-run. Staff were always on hand to help, and made us feel very welcome. We also had two dinners and a breakfast which was lovely. Complimentary tea and coffee in the room too. Our room was very spacious, and there are several communal areas to relax / eat. They also have 3 sweet golden retrievers who give plenty of loving! We would definitely return if we came back to Dharamshala.

I like the Location and the property exterior - garden and Veranda are beautiful.
Smell of the smoke in the room. torned bedcovers.
The room was unhygienic and it had lot of dust in the corners of the room.
Cleanliness... They need to work on that.
I had to leave at 4 am, to catch my Bus .
No staff was there at the reception.
Though I informed them prior.
No one was there to open the Main Gate of the property. it was raining heavily. It was slippery.
It was difficult to manage.
Unprofessional and Did not like it.
