The main positive was the location, a couple of minutes walk from Breckenridge Main Street, with ample car parking included. The apartment itself was fairly small but really well equipped.
The room was really quite difficult to find, and at the time of our visit was not marked in any way. Also it could be a little noisy where a window had been adapted to fit an air conditioning unit, though not an issue for us as in a quiet area.

Location. Ease of checking.
Access to the bridge to the town was not good. It may not be the owners responsibility but something needs to be done. Perhaps the owners could contact the city council (or whatever governing body) and request an upgrade to the 10 feet or so of sloping property. It is currently very slippery.

Great location.
Small but well thought out space.
Very clean.
Well equipped kitchen - not that I used it.
$116 cleaning fee for this tiny place is just a hidden room rate.
10:00 am checkout is unnecessarily early. Requests for another hour with responded with form texts saying no.
Murphy bed is okay, but not super comfortable.
Living area is very dark - lights don't light up much and overhead reading lights don't work. I had to use a headlamp to read in bed.
Wish I could have opened the window, but was shut for portable AC unit.

It was comfortable. The location for the price was unbeatable. The kitchen, bathroom and studio were set up well and made a small space feel more than enough.
