Conveniently close to Line1 subway, direct connection to Busan Station. Quiet and clean. Breakfast was spectacular, with an amazing view. Price and quality guaranteed. Room clean and quiet. Towels changed everyday. On lobby level a coffee shop and around restaurants and convenience stores.
Not in the heart of the city, it takes between 30 to 1 hour by public transport to reach the main landmarks. Otherwise excellent.

For me, the location was perfect. Check in was also easy, and it was a comfortable stay with a nice bed.
I found the state of the room a bit disappointing - long hairs on the floor from recipients, scuffs and marks on the wall and blinds, and no hot water in the shower!

Location
The rule of the hotel kitchen- hurriedly, I had to return to my room for conference calls. At the restaurant, I didn’t see paper coffee cups available. I asked a staff if there is in case like mine who had not had coffee but had to leave. Her answer was NO. Then, I was told that I could not bring their cup to my room.
I explained my situation and promised that I would bring it back to the restaurant. Two kitchen staff followed me out to the elevator and insisted that I shouldn’t bring a coffee cup.
Since I promised I would bring it back, I returned to the room. Then, the restaurant supervisor phoned and ordered to leave the cup outside the door immediately.
I felt like his militaristic order was super overdone, rudely running the restaurant. No longer feeling like having their coffee, I poured the coffee to the sink, left it to outside. I have never experienced such a cold militaristic breakfast environment in my entire hotel experience as a guest.
