Perfect facilities and comfy beds for my family stay in a central spot easy to explore Kota Bharu from. Will definitely stay here again if I return. Communication and ease of check in were fantastic. Omar BB studio was the perfect host, you are in good hands if you stay here :)

Walking distance to dinner spots, istana, mosques and Pasar Siti Khadijah and other tourists destination.
None. All good from my end.
But 1 thought, you might want to reach out to the host if you are travelling with someone with a wheelchair. Ask if there are any ramps available.
