Necesita mejorar el estado de conservación de baños y la limpieza en general. En la ropa de cama encontramos alguna mancha.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s fine for an overnight stay but I would probably make sure I had a flight out than stay in Kota Bharu😂
Unfortunately other guests were very inconsiderate and loud late at night.

The place is at a very good location - eg. Pasar Siti Khadijah is just nearby. Less than 5mins drive or 7-10mins walking distance.
The hotel lobby & cafe is clean & pleasant. There's welcome drink at the lobby.
The shower water flow is not strong.
The air conditioning is not at a strategic place, hence the room wasn't cold enough when it should be able to cover the whole room. It should be facing opposite the bed not above the bed. My kids were feeling warm as their bed was at the corner of the room. There's no mini fridge. The coffee table was really wobbly & unstable. Any wrong move, it'll definitely break. The place(room especially) has potential if it was upkeep properly.

Well located for our one night stop in Kota Bharu, and the staff enabled us to check in early - although to a different room with no window, but we were happy with that as it meant we didn’t have to wait for a room.
The rooms (and playroom) are quite tired. Stained (although freshly washed) sheets and old bathroom with a shower that was hardly more than a dribble. It suited our purposes of a cheap one night stay, but we wouldn’t have wanted to stay much longer.
