Had a pleasant 1-night stay at ibis Kota Bharu. Check-in was fast and staff were very helpful and polite. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. Location is excellent with easy access to shops and restaurants. Definitely worth the price. Will stay again if I visit KB.

The staff, Lobby cafe, the environment, etc
It is more convenient if we can access to other floor without using card. I understand it is for safety purpose, but it is still difficult if my friends/family stay at another floor and the access is restricted for us to go here and there especially to send and take stuff. But, it is still acceptable after all.
