The room itself was generally good, and it looks newly renovated, which is a plus. However, I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the bedsheets and pillowcases. They appeared not to have been changed for quite some time, as they had an unpleasant smell and were already turning yellow.
I understand that housekeeping may not change the bedsheets and pillowcases after every guest checks out, but they should at least be replaced regularly, especially when they are visibly discoloured and starting to smell. This is a basic hygiene standard that should not be overlooked.
Other than this issue, everything else was fine. Hopefully, the hotel management will take this feedback seriously and improve their housekeeping standards.
