The apartment was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The staff were very lovely and easily contactable if I had any issues. During my month long stay they kindly arranged for further cleaning so the apartment stayed fresh for me.
The apartment had a well equipped kitchen with a large fridge freezer and a 2 ring induction hob plus a kettle - which was perfect for allowing you to cook your own food if you did not want to go out. The kitchen also came with plates, bowls, mugs, a frying pan, saucepan, a chopping board, knife and cutlery - so had everything you needed.
They also helpfully provided sponges, soap and a drying wrack for washing up the kitchenware after use. There was also a washing machine & dryer on the utility balcony - which was a little different to the type I have at home, but easy to figure out how to use it and they provided detergent capsules which was very helpful.
There is also a pool on level 6 which you have access to which was lovely - plus a little garden and places to sit down and admire the view from.
On the ground floor there are a variety of shops - including a Starbucks, coffee bean and tea leaf, Nasken coffee and a 24hr emart - which was excellent for times when you just needed to get a few things or wanted to get a quick bite to eat.
The building is well situated, only a short walk away from KB mall and the city centre - with its various museums and markets. There is parking available in the building too if you have a car - and you get allocated a space.
I was based at USM hospital during much of my stay here and unfortunately due to traffic it is a bit difficult to get to the hospital from this building. Thankfully it is very easy to call a grab taxi here and there is a specific place where the car can pick you up outside the building. But you will have to factor in about a 20-30 minute car journey if you are commuting to the hospital.
None of the bins in the apartment had lids and they were the small bucket like bins, which was mostly fine, but it did mean they filled up quite quickly and I was concerned about food waste smelling. Thankfully as the owner organised cleaners to come every few weeks this did not become an issue. But this is just one small thing I think could be changed to make the apartment even nicer.

The location is very strategic. Easy to check in. The responses from the owner quite clear.

The location
The facilities are not well maintained…the towel given is in bad condition , iron is stained, the board is broken…i hope the management take this comments to improve the services.
