Kitchen bar seats 4. The dining area seats 6. The deck table seats 4 and the lower patio seats 2. Trailer parking is allowed in the garage, with vehicle parking outside. Bedding ~ Queen, desk, private bath with double sinks, deep tub in master. ~ Queen, mountain views, ceiling fan in 2nd bedroom ~ Double in 3rd bedroom. Shared bath has double sinks and a deep tub. ~ Double/Twin Bunkbed, private bath, flatscreen in 4th bedroom off the garage or patio ~ An additional half-bath is located off the dining area.
