When you arrive, you’ll find the house supplied with paper products, soap, shampoo and a "welcome basket" with coffee, hot chocolate, assorted teas, instant oatmeal, and a few snacks to get you started.  We're looking forward to have you as our guests for a wonderful stay in Sun City! Our home is conveniently located and close to several golf courses, recreation centers, local events, hospitals, and medical offices.  Shopping is a breeze with Costco, Sam's Club, major grocery chain stores, and the Arrowhead Mall only minutes away.  So many great spots to grab a bite just minutes away too. You'll find easy access to the major roads and highways getting you to local attractions including Spring Training games, ISM Raceway (Nascar and Indycar), Phoenix Open Golf Tournament, Final Four, Super Bowl, etc.  There are plenty of opportunities to venture out and explore other great areas such as the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Flagstaff, Scottsdale, Tucson and much more.
