Clean and quiet, with 5min walking distance from/to the station and 10min drive from Kyoto centre.
We could leave our luggage after checking out until the afternoon flight

Location and thr hotel room
Staff was not available at all thr time. Couple of occasions, when we needed, we were unanle to find a staff at the reception area.

Comfortable.
No staff, bad location, we asked them on mail if they'd clean our room when we were away from the hotel, they refused to clean our room.

Location was fine and the backyard
The smell at the room was strong and we need to buy a smell refreshing, the light of the entrance was automatic and it wasn’t able to turn off over night so I was difficult to sleep with that light
