Our room is very nice. Newer, cleaner and more space than most Japanese hotel. It even has a masssage chair and 2 pillows for each guests! What a treat! Truly enjoyed our stay here.

Great location. Good size on the room compared to other similar prized hotels I’ve stayed at in Japan, there was enough floor space to open up two big suitcases at the same time! Good amenities in the lobby.
The only slight inconvenience we had was when we used the hotel to organize forwarding our luggage to our next hotel in Tokyo, we had to use a translating app to communicate with the staff as they didn’t speak English and we didn’t speak Japanese. This caused some miscommunication on both parts, resulting in our luggage not being sent the day we wanted. No one’s fault really, it happens.
