The level of attention from the people on the desk is astounding, they are super friendly, helpful and efficient!
Also the location, in 5 min you are in one of the main subway lines, many bus lines in that can take you anywhere in the city!
The pillows are a bit hard, but ok!

The location is perfect. A bit away from the busy area but still close enough to stations.
-The room was quite clean.
-The amenities are perfectly available (if not in the room, definitely at the lobby).
-They let you leave your luggage at the hotel before and after checkout as well.
You can immediately feel how much this hotel needs a renovation from the moment you enter your room. It really is over due for a decent renovation, everything is old.
-The room is really small, we got the double room and there was barely enough space to open a carry on luggage. If you have one or more big luggages you will not be able to open them unless you decide to put them all on the beds.
-As many comments already mentioned for a few years, the beds are really in awful condition, not really a comfortable sleep.
-The rooms have no air conditioner, everything is central so if it gets hot you have to open the windows, which is a problem because a lot of noise comes in when windows are open.
-The Wi-Fi is awful, it never works for more than a few minutes and when it works it is very slow.
-The system with the room key is very weird and inconvinient as well. They are normal door keys with an insanely big keychains, which you have to leave at the front desk everytime you leave the hotel and carry a paper with you instead. If you are travelling as a couple and arriving at different times to the hotel it is quite inconvenient since they give you only one paper. RFID key cards for hotels have been in use for 20+ years but seems like the news haven't reached to this hotel yet...
Overall, the hotel is okay for a day or two of staying maximum with little luggages or a short bussiness trip. However, if you plan to stay for long-time or have lots of luggage I recommend looking for somewhere else.
