The hotel was very clean and the rooms were nice. The breakfast was great too! It was in a fairly good location that was easy to walk to some of the main parts. We did like that it was very close to a subway stop and convenience stores were very close too.
The only thing I wish was that it was a little easier to communicate with the staff. I do understand that I'm an American in Japan, but in the other hotels we were able to find staff that spoke English well enough. We struggled in this hotel. Although the staff were very nice it was difficult to arrange what we needed.
