This is my second stay here. I have traveled around the world, and I have never encountered such kind, warm, and helpful staff. Whenever I returned to the hotel, they made me feel like I was coming to my own home. The hotel is excellent in terms of hygiene, comfort, wifi, and location. The cost was also very good, especially considering European hotel prices. I would recommend this place wholeheartedly to anyone who wants to visit beautiful and enchanting Kyoto.
nothing.

I had an excellent stay here — one of my best experiences ever! The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful, and the hotel room is very clean and comfortable (the beds especially). The room also had both an air purifier and air conditioner. It's in a very central location, next to a metro station and multiple bus stops, and within walking distance of several imperial palaces. I had a wonderful stay here and would recommend it to anyone planning to visit Kyoto.
Nothing!
