Everything about this hotel is fantastic, really recommend - I never had such lovely quiet nights in another hotel.
Nothing is wrong, considering the value for money that they offer.

The facilities were amazing! We had our best stay here and did not want to leave. All-day free pastries, coffee and juice to serve yourself. The room was very nice, comfortable and big comparing to other places we stayed around Japan. The staff was very accommodating and helped us whatever we needed and greeted us whenever we entered the hotel. The shower was fantastic and refreshing, especially after a long day around the city.
The location is a bit far away from the centre. You definitely need to take a bus or a train to your destination.

The location in Kyoto was great with easy access to the metro. The hotel itself was the best we stayed at in Japan. The room was exceptional. The free snacks and coffee in the lobby as well as the lobby being an inviting place to spend time really bring the review to a new height.
The shower was probably the best shower of our lives.

Overall the room was clean. The comfortable beds. It was very affordable.
The fact that the air vents (one in the room and the other one in the bathroom)were very dusty made me give a lower score. It triggered me to think of how dirty the other areas were not clean.
