(1) The staff was polite and the check-in and check-out processes were fast and efficient. (2) We didn't try the hotel's breakfast so I have no opinion on that. There is a mini-fridge, a Nespresso coffee machine and an electric kettle with complimentary coffee capsules and tea bags in the room. (3) The room was clean and spacious enough.
(1) The location is not great. The area is nice, with an interesting shopping area nearby, but far from the main central station and key attractions. (2) As in many other Japanese hotels, there was no closet, wardrobe or dresser in the room. Just two hooks on the wall with a few hangers. So you basically have to keep your clothes in your suitcase. Not very convenient if you are staying for more than one or two nights. (3) Laundry facilities are not very good. There is only one (old) washer and one (old) dryer; not up to a 4-star hotel standard.

The hotel is clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have little gifts when you arrive. They have candy in the lobby for free. It has a really happy feeling

Perfect situated from station and to go to Nishiki market. Subway and busstop close. The hotel is modern and has all facilities you can wish for

It was conveniently located to transportation, it was clean and the staff could not have been lovelier.
It was good value for the money, but the room was a bit small for my taste.
