One of the very best hotels I’ve ever stayed. Room was beautiful with giant windows - and everyday they refreshed the room with clean pajamas, clean towels, more coffee. The lounge experience was amazing and the onsen was beautiful. Staff were so kind. And the location was perfect! We took the train everyday and loved the Lawson across the street too. Perfect stay.
Everything was amazing. The only complaint was that the light inside the WC/toilet came on automatically and was very bright at night. But truly it was a perfect place.
