My stay was absolutely spectacular. The hotel offers outstanding facilities, is impeccably maintained, and provides an exceptional overall experience. It truly made my visit to Kyoto even more memorable.
The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of high-quality options every morning. It was the perfect way to start each day before exploring the city.
One of the highlights of my stay was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making guests feel welcome and comfortable. Their hospitality exceeded all expectations.
The room was excellent as well: spacious, spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay after a long day of sightseeing.
I would also like to mention a thoughtful detail that made a huge difference: the hotel provides a charger/adaptor for guests to use during their stay. Since the power outlets in Japan are different from those used in many other countries, this small gesture is incredibly helpful for international travelers and shows the hotel's attention to detail and commitment to guest convenience.
Overall, this was a truly exceptional experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kyoto, and I would gladly stay here again on my next trip to Japan.

Complimentary drinks machine in lobby.
Small room for the price paid. Counter staff did not handle well the dispute over charges due to wrong communication by booking.com to hotel. Booking.com has not responded even though they could have retrieved the call to verify.
