Very clean and the staff were very professional and inviting. Private onsen was fantastic. Room was spacious, clean, and modern. Loved that all lights were controlled by a center console. Definitely a must stay when you are in Kyoto. It was also walking distance to the markets.

It was a comfortable and quiet stay right in the heart of Kyoto. Conveniently located by a subway stop, close to shops and restaurants, but not right in the middle of loud busy areas. It was a refuge and would recommend to anyone going to Kyoto!

The best stay in Japan. Very clean and new hotel, helpful and friendly staff, good location.
We arrived 3 hours earlier, the rooms were ready, we were greeted with a complimentary lemondade and allowed to check in.
Loved everything about that place, and Kyoto in general.
