Excellent hotel, comfy rooms, superb onsen at the top floor, super relaxing and lavish experience. Location was also very good. I could get everywhere easily by foot or via local transport. Very nice hotel

Great location, close to market. Kooky euro-fetish place but very great. Room size excellent. Furo wonderful

Great location, short stroll to train station and restaurants. Rooms were clean and larger than Tokyo. The rooms were exactly as advertised. Towels, water etc were replaced daily. Breakfast was great with huge selection from all you can eat buffet.
The only thing I could say (and that was all hotels) is that we couldnt a way to watch TV in English

Breakfast very disappointing. Only one coffee machine for all the guests. People are queing and it takes ages to get a cup of coffee. Very bad!!!
