I recommend it—great price, and it's fantastic having a terrace! Bus stops are very close, and the metro is fairly nearby. A Carrefour (open on Sundays, too) is just a 2-minute walk away.
There is a 24/7 laundromat within a short walking distance. The code for the apartment door lock didn't work, but the host responded quickly to the report, and we were able to get in

Der Kontakt war unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Lage der Wohnung sehr gut. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, die Metro in 10 min erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist ruhig, die Betten sind sehr bequem, das WLAN ist sehr gut.
Das zweite Bett (Sofa) stand im Wohnzimmer, das ist für Familien unpraktisch. Die Fenster und Terrassentüren hatten keine Fliegengitter. Es gab sehr viele Tigermücken, die uns gestochen haben. Wir konnten die Terrasse wegen der vielen Mücken nicht nutzen. Wir konnten wegen der Mücken nicht lüften. In zwei Steckdosen waren Duftspender, die einen unerträglichen Geruch verbreitet haben. In der Küche fehlte ein kleines scharfes Messer. Die Küchenausstattung war minimalistisch zum selber kochen.
