We chose this property as we were visiting in Roseburg. It was a better choice than staying in a motel. The rental had everything we needed. Simply, a very nice place to spend an evening while traveling.

My elderly father had to have a surgical procedure & we did not know when he would be done. I didn’t want to drive back home that night. Location was close to clinic and super convenient. It was very comfortable & had everything you could possibly need. The host was super kind too.

The property needs maintenance in a lot of areas. If you stay here note that one bedroom only has 1 very overloaded outlet that already had the router, modem and a lamp that flickered on and off whenever you touch the cord. If you want to plug in your cellphone a Cpap or anything else you'll be relegated to the living room. The mattress is sagging to the middle so if you aren't sleeping alone expect to slide into each other. The air-conditioning was not functioning when we were there. The owner was responsive and offered to send someone to look at it but I didn't get her message in a timely manner, that's on me and lacking connections when away from the rental not the owner. The one bathroom doesn't have a curtain on the window that looks out on the house in back. We were only provided 1 wash cloth for 2 people. They do provide coffee pods to get you started and a nice washer and dryer that came in handy. The location is handy. The price is low compared to a hotel and you have space to spread and cooking facilities. With a bit of maintenance it could be great.

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms for a very reasonable price. Mid-century decor — the decor of my childhood😜 but turned up a notch! Basic kitchen, comfortable beds, well equipped bathrooms (tooth brush/paste, disposable razors, makeup remover — all a convenient touch). Would stay here, again!

I appreciated the thoughtfulness of the property. They had dim lights on for us when we got there, water bottles in the fridge, and toiletries like face wipes stocked in the bathroom. After a late flight in, these amenities were much appreciated. The couple of kids games were nice to have there. There are 2 odd steps and slight tilting to the flooring (not a big issue, but good to know for ADA). easy parking, tv is a bit slow, could use more towels, air mattress absolutely deflates, the back deck is nice, working on grass in the yard would be great, but it was a convenient location, clean and met our needs and the owners were very responsive. We'd stay again.

The house was as depicted and served our needs all. One issue: we went to use a couple of plates from the kitchen, but found a greasy sheen one both plates. We just elected to not use anything other than coffee cups.

The home was clean, bright and cheery. The kitchen was stocked with essentials including seasonings, bottled water, sparkling water and k cups of coffee. The house happened to be down the streets from our family, near the park where my husband went running and close to stores, restaurants and easy access to the freeway. Wi-Fi was great as I was working remotely. The space allowed for having the family over for dinner which we couldn’t have done in a hotel. We look forward to using the back deck and fire pit on our next visit.

Check in was easy, house was very clean! The beds were comfortable and the house was one of the best stocked houses with lots of extra touches. When I contacted April (the owner) she was quick with a response! Would recommend this house and would stay here again.

Super nice property. It was very comfortable and homey. It had everything we needed and was located in a nice neighborhood close to lots of restaurants, stores, and the roller skating rink. 10/10 would recommend.

This property was exactly what we needed. Communication from April was helpful and informative. Instructions on where to park and how to access the key was spot on. The house is a beautiful throwback to the era of the home. There are many lovely mid century modern touches throughout the home. If you need anything, it’s probably there. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, refreshments, and all the cooking supplies you may need. There are restaurant recommendations available, which were great. The bathrooms are supplied with toiletries if you forgot to pack anything. We were able to wash our towels and wash cloths since we were there for nearly a week. The bed linens were nice and the beds were comfortable. For us, the home was in the perfect location. We would absolutely stay here again. It has all the creature comforts of home. Last, but not least, the neighborhood is great. We came home from a day trip to discover that one of the neighbors left a box of plums with “free” on it. They are delicious and I will be making jam in the next couple of days. The home, neighborhood, and host are an absolute gem!

The house was fantastic, the 2 bedrooms are separated which we liked. The little extra touches like water, soda, snack bars, and bathroom items you may have forgotten were really appreciated. We will stay again while visiting family.

My husband and I were there to visit our daughter who had gotten a job at Wildlife Safari. We had not seen her in over 9 months. She had asked if I could cook her favorite meal while I was there and if she could invite friends. The house was prefect for our needs!!! It was equiped with everything we didn't bring and the kitchen was perfect for cooking a large meal and the backyard was perfect for dinner party. We had never used a VRBO before so this exceeded all expectations. Nice neighborhood, easy access, just the best. April was in touch with me several times before we arrived. Would recommend to everyone!!!

We were so glad we got a house instead of a hotel! We could have been the grandkids over to watch movies (a good selection of streaming servers) and eat treats! The Y is nearby for skating and access to Roseburg is convenient. We’ll equipped kitchen and comfortable beds, too. I think we’ll be back!

Place was as advertised. Great location for our purposes. Comfortable, with all of the conveniences needed. A couple of more items in the house such as coffee cups and wash clothes would be the only recommendations. Overall, very satisfied.

It is a nice quiet neighborhood and the house reflects what you see in the photos. The owners were very pleasant and helpful with any questions we had! We loved the extras with providing above and beyond bathroom toiletries to water, coffee, creamer and the little things you may have forgotten or need in a pinch when traveling. Enjoyed the covered back patio with fire pit as well! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to go through Wildlife Safari! Thank you!
