Nice spacious home near the beach.

It was very close to the beach. The house was very nice and spacious. We loved the screen porch.

The only negative thing was we had ants on the screen porch.

Very pleased, will come again as soon as possible.

The house Cobia was marvelous. Everything was in almost new condition, and we were really satisfied with the rooms and furniture. The view was excelent, and we felt almost like at home - just on vacation...

There was really nothing we didn't like about the stay in the house. If we knew it would be so nice, we would have booked more than the five days and would have spent most of our vacation there. We loved it.

The view of the lighthouse from the back of the house was wonderful.

The location was good for me as I was there to fish and it is pretty centrally located to the different areas I go to when I'm there. THe entry way at the foot of the steps was great except for there were no hooks to hang jackets or other items that you had no need to take upstairs into the living area.

Since Buxton is in some circles known as the "surf fishing capitol of the east coast" the addition of a fish cleaning table such as many of the other houses there have would have been a big plus. A garden hose that was long enough to reach out front would have been good since the spigot on the front of the house didn't work at all.

Really enjoyed our stay, considering staying again in future.

That how clean it was. How the location was. How quiet it was.

The house had a few repairs that could be done. The kitchen door needs to be replaced, the frame around the glass is falling apart. Some of the blinds were also broken.

Loved, loved, loved the view. Loved the easy access to beach. Loved the general location and the island itself! This was our first time here, we will be coming back!!

Due to Covid, we had no direct contact with staff, nor did we actually see any staff. Key was left in dropbox for us to pick up.

Over all we enjoyed our stay, we would definitely consider renting again

Having 2 kids i love the space and convenience to the beach. The storage was an A++. The closets were amazing, the master faced the ocean and waking up to that was the best. The walk to the beach was absolutely fantastic. The kitchen was huge. We cooked so much, the new weber charcoal grill was fantastic best grill we've ever had at any place in over 10 years in obx. The big paved loop behind the house was awesome for the kids to roller blade. Shower pressure was great as well, several other places we stayed didnt have that. Loved having a few things to get started like the dishwasher pod, laundry, trash bag, soap, and paper towel very helpful. Laundry area was awesome! Wifi and TV set up in living room was very nice. Unwinding at night before bed we had movie night listening to the waves, loved it. Nearby a lot of convenient places, stores, restaurants, etc. Thanks for the Extra blankets.

The doors were kind of confusing and hard to open with the key, there were no screens to the windows in the bedrooms so we couldn't have that nice breeze at night listening to the waves because of moths coming in. The furniture was okay, not the most comfortable when it was time to relax. The TV in master only had one channel that worked. We had so many things to get started a scrub pad for the sink would be great addition we have everything but that. Beds weren't comfortable. Playground in area looked run down and dangerous
