Location
Staff (Poggy) was great! Very attentive, kind and welcoming.
Suite was clean
Cost was high for a declining facility
Lack of attention to surrounding facility cleanliness with disposed appliances just dumped on the side of the building, lack of organization/presentation of outdoor facility wood and nails thrown haphazardly. Multiple nails found up and down consumer stairs used to go to beach, their rooms the parking lot. Pool and hot tub were disgustingly unkept and not useable for the paying customer.

Had everything we need, just a few kinks.
Loved location and staff
A few blinds need to be replaced, water was standing in shower, curtains in the room would have been a nice touch to stop headlights shining in at night, a small step made us stub our toes a few times.
