Jasmine McIntosh the hotel manager was welcoming, friendly, super courteous and professional and she had staff that reflected her enthusiasm for Hyatt House.The hotel is modern, clean, nice pool and restaurant and bar very nice.Food was excellent especially the pulled pork tacos..blueberry coleslaw chefs kiss

Great location across from airport, conveniently near to many restaurants, close to major highway, and near to the mall. Hotel itself is nice with ample parking available during my stay (they did charge a daily rate for parking), a spacious well lit bathroom, ice machine near elevators with nugget ice, and of course the kitchen area in the suites which was the main reason for booking this hotel. All staff that we spoke to were friendly and helpful.
My main issue with the property was the air conditioning (I booked a king suite with the bedroom separated from the living space with an actual door). Regardless of what temperature I set the ac to, both the bedroom itself and the living room area were warm. The living room was warmer than the bedroom, but the space never reached the temperature it was set to. I closed the block out shades to keep out the sun, set the ac to 72 and was gone the entire day…the coolest the room got was 74 maybe 73. Not sure if the ac shut off in the middle of the night too, but it got warm throughout the night as well.
