I like the fact they hold your luggage in the back for you when you arrive before check in. I also like the fact that they do shuttles to the cruise port for free!
I can’t think of anything negative to say about the hotel

Everything was nice. From the staff to the rooms
The wait time because the system crashed. It was dark when we got into the room

The location was ok for the event we were attending.
The noise from the traffic and construction were annoying. The shower water pressure was not good. It’s like it was on the verge of it could be really good place or it could be a not so good place. It didn’t match the advertisements.
