The 5 bedroom and 2.5 bath home has 2 separate living areas and a gaming room. SLEEPING SPACE This wonderfully spacious home sleeps 14-20 people. The Owner's King Suite has its own private work space, its own private bathroom with a separate shower, and 2 people bathtub jacuzzi. The Owner's Queen Suite is a charming room that sleeps 2. Three family rooms - 2 sets of bunks, 2 full sized beds, and 2 twin beds. All rooms have smart TVs. LIVING SPACE Large formal living room is a great place to interact and mingle with your family. The comfortable sofa is a queen-size sleeper. Next to the formal living room is the formal dining room with a large family table to host a hearty meal. The cozy den has a friendly appeal to lay back and relax and watch TV. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need to cook a delicious meal. FUN SPACE Upstairs hosts the "Gaming Room," so BRING YOUR OWN CONSOLES!! 4 separate TVs to play your Xbox, Playstation, or Wii. A theater size TV to host Movie Night. The Gaming Room also has an arcade machine and board games. For Florida fun, enjoy the large screened in lanai with a pool.
