Hotel was perfect for needs. Food was under par and way over priced and 12 for a granola bar is hard too handle.

Rooms were clean modern

Paying for parking . Add it to room fee. Fees are jacked up for special events anyway!! Bar and restaurant was way under staffed for a special event sold out weekend

Nice place for a quiet stay with fun venues close by.

The property was beautiful. Room was great size. I feel it needs updating. And bottled waters for guest. That’s a low cost investment that matters. The service at restaurant was very slow. Food was good.

alles in allem dennoch ok

Die Lage ist optimal - dieses Mal war täglich Zimmer-Reinigung - das war bei den letzten beiden Aufenthalten dort nicht der Fall -

Feuer-Alarm morgens 06:00 Uhr - ohne Entschuldigung oder Ankündigung der Beendigung erfolgt - Die Toiletten-Spülung hat nie geklappt - oftmals kam gar kein Wasser - sehr lange Wartezeiten in der Dusche, bis warmes Wasser kam - 2-mal das Zimmer wechseln müssen, bis die Angelegenheit mit dem "Wasser" einigermaßen funktionierte. Wir wollten für ein anderes Zimmer höher graden, war leider nicht möglich, "hätte bei der Reservierung erfolgen müssen"!!.

Had a fraternity reunion, food you supplied for our bbq and banquets were horrific, breakfast buffet was boring at best, need to have a breakfast menu where we can sit down and order, also $9 for a draft beer is highway robbery

Not Worth the Price At All

Comfortable bed, clean room, has nice view of an inlet of the bay and even an adjacent jet ski rental

Very poor air conditioning, constantly hotter and more humid in the room than what we set the thermostat too, made sleeping difficult, also despite prepaying (way too much) for breakfast we weren't on the list for breakfast each day, their TV is locked out of most functions making it difficult to use an HDMI cord to use any other streaming service than netflix, 80% of their parking is for compact cars, front desk staff was friendly and helpful most of the time but despite no hitches or problems with the check out was kind of rude when I asked if I could get a water on a hot day when I didn't get the complimentary water on day one, the pool was also closed and they didn't forwarn us of that after we booked, overall this is a $300+ dollar hotel that acts like a $100 hotel and I wouldn't stay there again

Dissapointed

Hello, I sent a letter as to why I was so disappointed of my stay, a fire alarm at 8 in the morning. there was an exit door by my room at the end of the hall. It would not open the day before when I checked it, I reported it to the desk and they said it would be fixed. the morning the fire alarm went off I could not get out that door, nor could the people from the above floors who came down the stairs. everybody went down the one hallway, such a safety hazard for the amount of money that I paid for 3 days, with my dog and friend. There was no explanation for the false fire alarm. I wanted to report to the fire department about the fire hazard that the door did not open but I decided to report it to the somebody to fix it without getting a fine of this hazard. If I do not hear back from anybody I will report this.

Relaxing for a simple secluded evening getaway.

The pool was pleasantly near the water. Inside the main areas, the colors, mood, and lighting felt relaxing and warm. Everything from the chairs to the floors and walls looked well taken care of.

The AC that kept coming on was drastically changing the quietness of the room. Very noticeable at night! Location appeared to be lost in an business plaza. Front desk not very helpful upon arrival. Waited a bit, minimal communication, and no direction to the room.

Ridiculous

Accidentally booked a room 9 hrs from where I wanted as booking.com said it was nearby. Called booking.com immediately to cancel and they told me to call the hotel. The hotel canceled my reservation but refused to refund my money. So I paid almost $800 dollars for a room that I didn’t stay at. Booking.com said there was nothing they can do. I called the hotel and they hung up on me twice. Never stay here and dont use booking.com.

I will never come back. It was a bad experience.

Only the pillow

1. The night receptionist treated us really bad. I could never treat a client like that. 2. They were overbooked, so at 7:30 am someone tried open my door, luckily I had locked inside. And I met a guy in front of the elevator that told me that the same thing happened with him. 3. The hotel was very dirty. 4. Clean service at 5 days. 5. Breakfast was ok. 6. Air conditioner too loud I didn't sleep well.

During our stay of nine days the room was cleaned only twice. I asked the maid for towels and gave her the trash can to empty.

Nice enough. Would stay in a pinch, but more likely to try another place if I visit the area again.

Location was great. View from the restaurant was great. Entire staff was very friendly.

Room was dark even with the curtain open and lights on. The configuration of the room didn't allow you to view the water and the pool since it was blocked by the beds. Only one chair in the room. The toilet didn't flush well. Seemed like the outside furniture wasn't cleaned often? The staff at the restaurant was GREAT but it seems like they were overwhelmed at times and could have used some additional help.

Nice location, very good room, staff not especially helpful.

Good location. Very comfortable room. The room was really clean and quiet.

No one offered us a cookie😢. We arrive late after a day of travel. I had to buy little bags of chips at $5 each and the front desk person never offered a cookie. We also couldn’t figure out if we had to pay for parking. We were not able to open the gate to leave. We had to tailgate to get out.

We liked the room but it was somewhat tired and in need of a bit of updating.

The restaurant is awesome and the restaurant staff was the best. Okie toilet leaked water in the bathroom and the heat/AC unit sounded like a key plane taking off every hour during the night. Rooms didn't have smart TVs even though TVs are dated 2018. Strange
