Hotel is old and needs the rooms upgraded. The only plus was that it was close to airport car rental return and flight.

It was wonderful to arrive at the airport near midnight and to go to the in-airport hotel. The room itself was good, the full breakfast also.

We live on the west coast and when we fly back from the east coast we always book a morning flight. It is so convenient to stay there the night before and not have to worry about rushing to check-in.

The staff was amazing, right from valet to the Bellman to the young lady who checked us in everybody, went above and beyond, and in the morning the gentleman who helped us get my parents with two wheelchairs to the airport, and to the check-in I would highly recommend this hotel again

The air conditioner did not work. The room was very uot when we got there. We had to call and ask several times to have a fan brought to us. It was dirty with a film on the lamps and nightstand.

The hotel is definitely dated. Bed was uncomfortable. Service was amazing.

We had an early morning flight out of Tampa and decided to stay at the hotel for easy check-in. We were really surprised by tgis accomodation. It did not seem like the regular hotel at an airport. The food at the bar was delicious. The room was big and the bed was very comfy.

Hotel is exceptionally expensive nearly $400 for a night, no internet included or breakfast
But the hotel is very convenient after a long haul flight

Carlos was awesome in helping me move all my gear into my room. He also advised about scheduling luggage services from the hotel room because it would get very busy. Beds were super comfortable and there was a bar and grill available. There was breakfast available. Elevators to ticketing is nearby and the hotel lobby is on the same floor as many of the shops and the TPA food court.

The room with two beds I gad prepaid was not available. We were given a room with 1 king and a single pullout fir 4 people. Had to irder extra towels as the room is meant for 2 people. Had to make the crappy, super thin coiled matress pull put bed and order blanket for it which was not available. Front desk staff not very friendly at all about it. Just said everyone wanted two beds tonight. Hotel should lnow their inventory/ what us available and what is reserved but they did not.

Location is good because it’s in the airport but very outdated , bathrooms very small and definitely not worth the cost .

The hotel room was average and is in need of some updating. The box springs had visible stains on them and the mattresses were very uncomfortable. The hotel definitely needs a reno and was hard spending $330 for the night there.

Expensive hotel with small dated rooms. Always makes you wonder about cleanliness when you arrive to crumpled tissue on the bathroom floor. Loud gatherings seem common in hallways late at night. Many electrical outlets did not work. Only thing they have going is location and they definitely make you pay for that.

It’s a decent hotel. Extremely overpriced, but you are paying for convenience of staying at the airport. Bed wasn’t overly comfortable. Bathroom was tiny. There is NO fridge. Very basic hotel for $400 a night, but again, it’s the convenience of being at the airport for early flights.

I was checked in quickly and the room was clean. The mattress and pillows were amazing as was the Sky Grille and The Cafe. I would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient to get to the airport. I just walked down the hallway in to the terminal. That was great but the price tag I thought was sort of ridiculous. If I didn’t have. points saved up we would not have gone there for sure!

In airport ,minutes to flight

Perfect location right in the airport, although the walkway was undergoing some sort of refurbishment. We arrived very late after a delayed flight and was in room in minutes then it was very easy to get the Skyconnect to the rental car centre. We didn't get to check out any of the facilities unfortunately.

Stayed at the property on 12/22 and returned to stay on 12/25 before flying to Europe and Africa. First stay was not good, but the female manager took care of my wife and my concerns on the second stay. The stay was great and we couldn’t be happier. I cannot remember the manager’s name, but she is the reason we will be returning before we fly out, even though we live in Tampa. We enjoy staying at the hotel and walking to the terminal. Plumbing issues in our room.
Booked a room with a fold out sofabed but didn't get this type of room.
